Policies and faq
What are your requirements for applicants?
Our ideal candidate has income 3x rent, a credit score over 600, and a clean background check. We do not accept housing vouchers. Tenants should not have a judgment or an eviction less than 7 years old.
Do you allow pets?
Most of our units are pet-friendly. There is a $250 nonrefundable animal fee upfront, and $50/m pet rent per animal. An Animal Addendum must be signed by the tenant and property manager prior to moving the animal into the unit. Contact us regarding service or support animals.
Can I change or add a roommate?
All residents over the age of 18 must apply and be approved. All roommates and the property manager must sign a Roommate Change Form, agreeing to the new/additional resident prior to their move-in. Additional resident fees may apply.
