Move In Information
Rent: Pay your first month’s rent on online before moving in. Set up auto-pay for future months.
Utilities: Set up utilities needed for your apartment under your name. Electricity, water, and gas service should start on the first day of the lease and extend through the last day of the lease.

Phone/Cable/Internet: MetroNet
Insurance: Provide a copy of the declaration page of your renter’s insurance policy via email or upload to Apartments.com's Shared Documents. If you need assistance establishing a policy, we recommend Fortress Insurance Services at (515) 337-8700.
Animals: If you have an animal, send vaccination records and a photo. Make sure the Animal Addendum (attached to your lease) or request for an assistance animal has been approved.
Change of address: Fill out a change of address form with the USPS so mail will be forwarded to your new address.
Move-In Appointment: Please reach out to schedule your move-in inspection and to collect keys. Early move-in will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Move Out Information
Cleaning: A move-out checklist will be sent prior to your departure. Please plan enough time to adequately clean the unit. Carpets must be professionally cleaned.
Utilities: Service can be stopped after the last day of the lease.
Change of address: Fill out a change of address form with the USPS so mail will be forwarded to your new address.
Move-Out Appointment: Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a move-out appointment, if desired.
Security Deposits: Your deposit will be returned, less any itemized deductions, within 30 days of the end of your lease.
